The Cherry Bakewell Crochet Blanket - Chapter Three

Updated: Jun 27, 2023

The cherry bakewell crochet blanket - chapter 3

Can you believe, we're into the 6th month of the year, and the UK temperatures are hot & dry. Which is ok, if your somewhere where flicking on the AC unit is just a switch away. Instead our little shop has become a oven, with cakes baking and yummy afternoon teas... its hard wearing to say the least, a fan just doesn't cut the custard.

So, thanks for being patient with me... as the late nights and early rises are killing me off.

Thanks again for joining our Crochet along, and we hope that you are enjoying making your crochet blanket. If your looking to join us using the original link below.

We will be working on smaller chapters, so we can work around the current temperatures and keep the flow going with all our chapters. Please don't worry, if you've started later or taking longer than others. This is not a race, you set the pace. The videos are not for every row, we include videos where we feel you may struggle, with stitch placement and the technical side of a new stitch.

Well thats chapter 3, I know its a little shorter than our first two chapters. I thought this would give you chance to workout stitch placement a little more. And given the heat in the Uk, I'm sure that we've all slowed down a little. Soo, here is your time to catch up, neaten up, and work your front pots and framing.

See you in a few weeks, with the next instalment of chapter 4. We hope you enjoy the pop of colour in this week.. stay hydrated, stay safe, and remember it's not a race... enjoy the process, and enjoy your make at your own pace and in your own time.

Lots of love

Michelle & Meg
